CCCS COVID-19 Policy and Vaccination Passport Requirements

Creating a safe environment to resume in-person learning is a top priority for the CCCS. Please be assured that the CCCS is monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely to ensure that planned face-to-face meetings are safe. In order for that to happen, proper protocol for COVID-19 will have to be strictly followed by the meeting venue, our CCCS organizers and attendees.

A vaccine passport and matching personal identification are currently required to attend a conference in Manitoba. In order to obtain a passport, proof of full vaccination is required. It is up to each individual to ensure that their vaccination status is acceptable in the province of Manitoba and that proof of vaccination is in the correct format. The CCCS cannot be held responsible for attendees who are denied access due to unacceptable vaccination status and/or incorrect vaccine passport formatting.
