We reserve the right to cancel this program due to insufficient registrations or circumstances beyond our control. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of cancellation. Registration fees for cancelled courses will be refunded in full; however we are not liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.

Refund Policy

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing 14 days prior to the event. A $50 processing fee will be charged for cancellations received on or before this date. We regret that refunds cannot be offered after the cancellation date.  Should you have any questions, please email registration@secretariatcentral.com.
